Bullseye Badge

DIGITAL EXPERIENCE DESIGN Telling college students to ignore their smartphones is like telling them not to breathe. Instead of fighting it, Target created value by adding a social and digital layer to enhance the Back to College Shopping Event experience. We called it Bullseye Badge. It’s a mobile app that allows students to use a single QR code throughout their shopping trip to connect with fun content and incentives. The content changed based on time to make their pre-, during, and post-event experiences unique.
